24-Hour Deposit Refund Guarantee (Grace Period)
We offer a 24-hour grace period starting from the moment you pay your deposit. If you cancel during this 24-hour window, your refund is determined by how far out your booking/order is:
- Bookings more than 14 Days in Advance: You will receive a full cash refund of your deposit.
- Bookings less than 14 Days in Advance (within 2 weeks): You will receive 100% of your deposit in gift voucher(s).
Standard Cancellation Policy (After the Grace Period)
If the 24-hour grace period has passed, the following policy applies. All refunds will be issued as gift voucher(s).
